The Batten Leadership Institute's Executive Leadership Certificate Programs

We are again offering two options. The Women’s Only Cohort (Wednesday mornings 8:45 – 11:15am) and a Co-Ed Cohort open to male and female professionals (Thursday afternoons 1 – 3:30pm). Online assessments will begin October – November and workshops begin in December. Please see attached schedule for dates and times of both programs. All programming, materials and pricing remain identical from last year. Virtual attendance is an option this year for a limited number of long-distance attendees.
This particular program has invested more than 600 training hours with professionals in the Roanoke area, who have expanded capacities in emotional intelligence, team functioning, conflict and decision-making. Now in our 14^th year, the program continues to be supported by organizations who have come to expect a clear ROI from our small-scale human capital development approach. While official enrollment ends October 12th, the enrollment process will end as soon as the cohort spaces are filled and a wait list for priority registration for 2019 will begin.
