DESCRIPTION:Join Us for a Special Groundbreaking Ceremony\n\n\n\nThe Roanoke Regional Chamber of Commerce and community leaders are thrilled to invite you to a momentous occasion as we celebrate the groundbreaking of a new 12-unit living facility for Impact Living Services!\n\nImpact Living Services (ILS) provides comprehensive supportive services for 17 to 21-year-old foster youth. ILS promotes interdependence as a core belief in helping youth achieve their educational\, vocational\, and financial goals. Interdependence is an idea of "mutual dependence between things" (i.e. community\, friends\, staff\, DSS\, and counselors). Youth are most successful when they achieve lifelong permanency through these various avenues. ILS promotes the idea of creating lasting relationships and services for youth in the program.\n\n**Please note\, the address is protected and will only be released to those emailed and/or registered for this event.
