The inaugural Boots on the Ground Event will feature:\n\n	Live Music by the Brothers Young\n	Caricature Artist\, Hannah Raine\n	Heavy Hors D'oeuvres\n	Beer from Blindhouse Beer\n	Opportunity to Mingle with SERCAP Staff and Learn More about the agency's Programs\, Services\, and Impact on the Community \n\n\n\nSoutheast Rural Community Assistance Project\, Inc. (SERCAP) is a 501(C)3 Nonprofit Organization with a Mission\, "to Improve the Quality of Life for Low-Income Individuals by promoting affordable water and wastewater facilities\, community development\, environmental health\, and economic self-sufficiency." \n\nIn order to achieve this Mission\, SERCAP provides training\, technical\, and financial assistance to both rural communities and low-to-moderate income (LMI) individuals and families to help address critical water/wastewater\, housing\, community development\, and economic development needs. \nAll proceeds from the event and the Annual Fund Campaign will benefit low-to-moderate income individuals and rural communities across the Commonwealth of Virginia and throughout SERCAP's seven-state service region\, through the agency's multitude of programs and services.
